The Rotary Club of Syokimau was officially chartered on November 14, 2014. What began as a small group of community-minded individuals meeting to discuss ways to serve their community has grown into a vibrant and active Rotary club. The club started holding its first fellowships at the 67 Airport Hotel in June 2014.
From its founding members led by Charter President Felistas Musyoki, the club has experienced remarkable growth and impact over the years. Through dedicated leadership and member commitment, the club has expanded from its initial membership of 11 to over 30 members. One of our earliest achievements was completing our first global grant project—a borehole in Kyaani, Machakos County, which continues to serve the community today.
